1. Nature of This Agreement
This agreement represents the strict purchase of completed digital creative assets. The Designer (Nomad Cabin Designs) provides final, ready-to-use digital designs as commercial assets to the Client. Note: This is NOT an employment arrangement, consulting, freelance, or ongoing support contract.
Ownership is transferred to the Client upon completion and payment.
2. Website Design Digital Asset Package
The website will be fully designed and built in Framer, responsive for all devices, and with clean, modern UI/UX. Deliverables include the Framer remix link, responsive layouts, and all necessary assets.
3. File Formats & Delivery
Delivery may include PNG, JPG, SVG, and other files. All assets are delivered digitally after payment clearance.
Total of 5-8 pages of design. With Desktop, Tablet and Mobile Responsive.
4. Project Timeline
January 18, 2026 – January 28, 2026 (10 Days) may extend upto February 5. The Designer manages multiple projects based on internal scheduling.
5. Revisions
Limited revisions within scope; major changes or new features require a new purchase.
6. Payment Terms
Total Cost: ₹50,000 INR • No advance required.
7. Portfolio & Promotion
The Designer reserves the right to display the work for self-promotion (portfolios, case studies, social media). No confidential data will be shared.
Timeline
Phase 1: These 3 days are dedicated to “dream website” planning. We will define the entire funnel, finalize Information Architecture (IA), prepare assets, and set the visual theme. No coding yet—just pure strategy and structural setup.
Phase 2: The core execution phase. We begin building the pages in Framer, including real-time design implementation and feedback cycles. We iterate quickly to bring the concepts to life.
Phase 3: Final quality checks, mobile responsiveness testing, and transfer of the digital assets to Nomad Cabins.
8. What Is Not Included
No domain, hosting, deployment, or ongoing maintenance services.
9. Cancellation
Payments are non-refundable after design approval.
Designer is not responsible for third-party hosting issues.
