Client Name: GETCOFFEE
Represented By: Akshay
Project Start Date: Wednesday, March 11, 2026
Duration: March 11, 2026 – March 31, 2026
This agreement defines the terms under which finished digital creative assets are purchased by the Client ('GETCOFFEE') from the Designer.
1. Nature of This Agreement
This agreement represents the purchase of completed digital creative assets. The Designer provides final, ready-to-use digital designs as commercial assets.
This is not an employment arrangement, consulting service, or ongoing support contract. Upon completion and payment, ownership of the final delivered assets is transferred to the Client as defined below.
Component A: Core Brand Identity & Illustrations (₹48,000)
Logo refinement for GetCoffee.
• Unified typography, color, and layout logic.
• Brand Architecture: Standard text formats for naming variations (e.g., GetCoffee Roastery | Cafe | Kitchen, GetCoffee Express, GetCoffee Fresh Grind Store).
• Visual Language: Signage plan, custom iconography, and visual motifs focusing on coffee beans and factory elements.
• Core Illustrations: Bespoke illustration concepts, including digital concepts for wall art and murals depicting the brand story.
• Brand Guidelines: Comprehensive documentation outlining usage rules for logo, fonts, colors, a warm/artisanal tone of voice, and an industrial chic photography style.
Along with Letterhead, Business Card, Roll Label and Employee ID Card.
Component B: Physical Asset Designs & Digital Hub (₹47,000)
Component B focuses on the application of the brand to physical templates and digital marketing.
• Packaging & Merchandise: 2 to 3 coffee bean bag designs (Client to provide exact dieline sizes). Standard digital designs for branded takeaway cups, gift boxes/sampler kits, and factory merchandise (mugs, tote bags).
• Factory & Café Assets: Digital design layouts for factory signage (internal/external), safety/instructional graphics, menu boards, and tableware. A curated ambient music playlist link will be provided for the café.
• Marketing Assets: 4 to 5 social media templates, 1 posters and flyers, and basic event branding posters.
• Website included at no extra cost: To replace complex app development, the Designer will provide a free 2 to 4-page responsive website. This will act as an information hub featuring digital infographics for sustainability practices and a built-in lead capture form to act as the digital loyalty/rewards sign-up. Visuals will utilize Client-provided photos or AI-generated imagery.
4. File Formats & Digital Deliverables
All final assets will be delivered in standard, ready-to-use digital formats, including PNG, JPG, and editable project files (SVG/Vector), ensuring full usability for the client.
5. Timeline & Progression
The project operates on a strict phased progression. Component A and Component B are distinct phases.
Component A (Brand Phase): March 11, 2026 – March 20, 2026.
Component B (Assets & Web): Commences only after ComponetA is finalized. Expected completion by March 31, 2026.
Note: These dates may be extended depending on the flexibility required for client feedback and approvals. We will take the necessary time to ensure the best results.
6. Revisions & Modifications
This purchase includes standard revisions to ensure the assets meet the agreed-upon vision. There is no additional repayment required for these standard revisions. However, if there are major conceptual changes or new additions requested after a phase has been approved, extra payment will be required.
7. Payment Terms & Schedule
The total project cost is ₹95,000 INR. There is no advance payment required to initiate the project. Payments are tied strictly to the completion and handover of digital assets per component:
• Component A (₹48,000): Payable in full once the Component A assets are completed, before the final Component A asset handoff.
• Component B (₹47,000): Payable in full once the Component B assets and Website are completed, before the final handoff and deployment.
Invoicing Requirement: Will provide PAN and Aadhaar details during Invoice.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
The designer is strictly responsible for the delivery of the digital creative assets. The designer is not responsible for third-party platforms or tools, hosting, domain, or deployment issues, improper use of the files, or loss of files after delivery.
9. Complete Agreement & Acceptance
Please acknowledge this agreement by replying to this email with the word "Acknowledged". Once acknowledged, the terms are considered accepted, and work will commence on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
