This agreement defines the terms under which finished digital creative assets are purchased by the Client (‘Garimaa Silk’) from the Designer.
1. Nature of This Agreement
This agreement represents the purchase of completed digital creative assets. The Designer provides final, ready-to-use digital designs as commercial assets.
This is not an employment arrangement, consulting service, or ongoing support contract. Upon completion and payment, ownership of the final delivered assets is transferred to the Client as defined below.
Brand
2. Brand Identity Digital Asset Package
The Client will receive a complete brand identity system, including: Logo Design, Brand Color System, Typography System, Brand Guidelines Document and 7 Business Assets Digital designs for business promotion. All brand items are delivered as finalized digital designs. Additional Asset more than 7 may come with additional price of 2000Rs.
Website
3. Website Design Digital Asset Package
The website will be fully designed and built in Framer, responsive for desktop and mobile, and designed with clean UI/UX principles. Content is structured in an SEO-optimized layout. Website deliverables include a complete Framer project, responsive layouts, and final exported design assets. All website-related deliverables are digital creative assets only.
Total pages will be 7-8. If Additional Pages cost may came in as 3000Rs per page.
4. File Formats & Digital Delivery
Final deliverables may include PNG, JPG, SVG, and editable project files where applicable. All assets are delivered digitally after completion and payment clearance.
Timeline
5. Project Timeline
Project Duration Brand: January 30, 2026 – Feb 7, 2026 for Brand.
Project Duration Website: March 1, 2026 - March 10, 2026
Both projects are completely different and not connected with each other.
This timeline represents the planned delivery window, requiring timely feedback and approvals from the Client. Delays in feedback may adjust the timeline. The Designer manages multiple projects based on internal scheduling.
Important: If timeline and communication is not met properly, project will be disconnected to take another client slot
Revisions and Payment
6. Revisions
This purchase includes limited revisions within the agreed scope. Excluded: major concept changes after approval, new design directions, additional features, pages, or assets. Additional requests require a separate purchase.
7. Payment Terms
Total Cost: ₹67,000 INR
• Project 1: ₹30,000 INR payable upon Brand Identity finalization (on or before February 5 2026)
• Projects 2: ₹37,000 INR payable upon Website Completion before handoff.
No advance required. Final files delivered only after full payment. Payment delays may pause delivery.
Please Note Project 1 and Project 2 cost are completely different.
We dont take advance payments because in place where communication delay, project delay happens. We get to walk away.
The Designer may display the work for self-promotion (portfolios, case studies, social media) without sharing confidential or sensitive information.

9. What Is Not Included
No domain or hosting purchase, website deployment or management, ongoing maintenance, marketing execution, or SEO services beyond content structuring. Additional requirements require a separate agreement.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
The Designer is not responsible for third-party platforms or tools, hosting, domain or deployment issues, improper use of files, or loss after delivery. This agreement strictly covers digital creative asset delivery.
11. Cancellation
• If the Client cancels after brand finalization, payments made are non-refundable
• If the Designer cancels before delivery, any received payment will be refunded
12. Complete Agreement
