This agreement defines the terms under which website design services are provided by the Designer to the Client ("Amruth Properties").
Nature of This Agreement
This agreement represents the scope and delivery of website design services. The Designer provides a complete website design built in Framer, covering desktop, mobile, and tablet versions.
This is not an employment arrangement, consulting service, or ongoing support contract. Upon completion and full payment, all delivered website assets and files are transferred to the Client as defined below.
Website
Website Design Package The Client will receive a complete website design, including: 10–15 Pages fully designed and built in Framer, responsive for Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet, white theme with a highly engaging, trend-forward 2026–2035 design aesthetic.
All pages are designed with clean UI/UX principles, SEO-optimized content layout, and modern visual design.
All website deliverables are finalized digital design assets and Framer project files.
Website Revamp
10–15 Pages as agreed. Above 15 pages if needed, additional cost will be discussed and agreed separately.
Illustration will be used to build a theme.
File Formats & Digital Delivery Final deliverables include Framer project files, PNG, JPG, and SVG exports where applicable. All assets are delivered digitally upon completion and full payment clearance.
Timeline
Project Timeline Project Duration: March 15, 2026 – April 25, 2026. This timeline represents the planned delivery window, requiring timely feedback and approvals from the Client. Delays in feedback may adjust the overall timeline. The Designer manages multiple projects based on internal scheduling.
Revisions and Payment
Revisions No additional cost for revision considering agreed scope. Excluded: major concept changes after approval, new design directions, additional pages, or features beyond the agreed 10–15 pages. Additional requests require a separate agreement.
Payment Terms Total Cost: ₹1,15,000 INR Cost may change only if the scope changes beyond the agreed 10–15 pages.
• No advance required.
• Full payment of ₹1,15,000 INR is due before final files and website handover.
Payment delays will pause delivery. Final files and Framer project are transferred only after full payment clearance.

As the website is a high-end design, it will be submitted for Awwwards Nomination for best designs in the world.

What Is Not Included No domain or hosting purchase, website deployment or management, ongoing maintenance, marketing execution, content creation, or SEO services beyond content structuring. Additional requirements require a separate agreement.
Limitation of Responsibility The Designer is not responsible for third-party platforms or tools, hosting, domain or deployment issues, improper use of delivered files, or any loss after delivery. This agreement strictly covers website design and digital asset delivery.
